Self care is paramount to our wellbeing.
Join me and many other wellness advocates in this year’s Self Care Affair.
The event will be held in the 2nd & Seneca Building. Here is a link to directions. Once you arrive, please take the elevators to the 11th floor and follow the signs to the event area.
